*Natural tan skin tone
*VERY dark brown eyes
*event-prom
*i have full lips
*big eyes
you could use a dark grey or subtle black eyeshadow and put it above your outer v
and highlight with a creamy white eyeshadow on your lid and inner corner
finish off with mascara, and a darker lip (berry red its up to you)
*dont forget to apply black eyeliner along your waterline (pencil eyeliner works best)
then close your eyes for a few seconds and your top water line will be colored as well
put on liner if you want on your top lash line place
