Need a dessert to go along with chicken bow tie pasta?
I plan on making making chicken bow tie pasta and was wondering what dessert should be served after with it and if you guys have recipes or ideas for a dessert, can you include them? Thanks a mill
This is an easy and light dessert:
You need fresh strawberries, whipped cream or Cool Whip and angel food cake. You can either buy the cake already made-look for small portions wrapped up near the strawberries or in the bakery department of your grocery store or go to a bakery. If you buy a whole cake or loaf version, cut it up, put some of the cool whip on it and garnish with the strawberries.
It is even easier if you can find the pre-cut, individual cakes.
Have the cake cut ahead of time and then put the cream/Cool Whip and strawberries on right before you serve the dessert. I prefer the Cool Whip. You might even want to get chocolate AND regular Cool Whip or whipped cream for variety. I know some people love chocolate and strawberries.
