How many pounds do I need to lose to go down one dress size?
I am normally a size 12. I needed a 14 for my wedding dress by my measurements. I ordered a 12. I can fit into it, and it is possible to get me zipped. But it doesn't look as great as it should and its not easy to breathe. When I first tried that size on, I barely got zipped, like 3 people had to help and it was almost impossible. Ive lost enough to get zipped with just one person doing it now. But really, I still need to lose one full dress size. Would 10 pounds do it? Ive got exactly three months to do it now!
There are a couple of inches between a size 14 and a size 12, so losing between 10lb-15lb depending on your height, should do it.
If you lose the recommended 2lb per week, you should have no problem reaching your goal in less than 3 months.
