What kind of makeup should I wear for Prom?

and this is me:
I am going to have a french twist as hairstyle and I might have my bangs out, which are down to my jaw. My hair is dark Chocolate. And (Not to flatter my self) I have nice eyes and nice lips. Now the rule is to accentuate your best assets. But I can't make up my mind. What should I accentuate- my eyes or my lips? And what color? I don't mind the bold colors, like darkly shaded eyes and red lips, and I am open for suggestion. Any tips?
Go natural with the colours if you go to much youll look like a dragon!
