Where are some good dress places in toronto?
I need to buy a dress for my graduation and im wondering if there are any affordable places in toronto where I will be able to find a formal dress and then also a place where i might find a more casual dress. I want to find boutiques for more unique dresses.
Friends have suggested Kensington Market, I am wondering if it is worth going there?
