what are the clear plastic straps on strapless shirts and dresses for?
they are on every strapless shirt or dress i buy and i have the slightest clue on what they are for... so i cut them off. it doesn't seem to make a difference when i do, its just that they are in the way when they are there.
its for the store. they use them to hang up the clothing on the hangers
