how can I spice up a black Bubble Dress?
Its a plain Black Cotton bubble dress.
Strapless, though at the moment it has a thin halter strap that i attached last time i wore it.
It was not an expensive dress but I want to fancy it up, what can I do or how can I alter or add to it too make it stand out?!
Sew a bit of ruffley net or lace to the bottom too make it look like a petticoat or something sticking out. A bright color, like Hot Pink. Add a brooch to it at the top off centered. Or wear a bright belt around it.
