black ball gown dress?
i've got this black ball gown dress-black taffeta skirt part isn't big and puffy-with slightly puffed short sleeves and I want to use it for Halloween. I've thought of the woman in black but what other characters can you think of? There's that woman who works for the elder Pringle lady in Anne of Green Gables the sequel.
Any other ideas?
The Wicked Witch of the West was the first person that came to my mind, but I'm sure there are other good characters.
